Processing Time: Upon placing your order, our standard processing time for prints is typically 3-5 business days (Monday to Saturday), while paintings require 7 business days. Following processing, your order will be shipped out. Please be aware that shipping durations may fluctuate as we collaborate with external logistics partners.
Shipping Locations: We ship to most locations in India, except for a few zip codes that we are working on covering as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and dimensions of the artwork selected.
Packaging: We understand the value of your purchase and take the utmost care in packing your order.
- Rolled Art: Our rolled art pieces are carefully rolled onto thin tissue papers, then wrapped in fine art butter paper to keep the art safe from harm. They are then placed in our branded Kraft tubes and packed securely for shipping.
- Framed Art: The art is first printed and then carefully wrapped on frames by our talented framing team. Once framed, all corners of the art are secured with protective cardboard triangles. The art is then wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, securely covering every square inch of the art. It is then wrapped with a layer of butter paper and finally secured tightly in our shipping boxes.
