At Artuzzii, every artwork is handled with the care and attention it deserves. From preparation and framing to protective packaging and delivery, each order is carefully managed to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Processing timelines vary according to the type of artwork ordered:
- Prints: 5–7 business days
- Paintings: 10–12 business days
- Made-to-order artworks: 25–30 business days
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once processing is complete, your order will be dispatched through one of our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, artwork dimensions, packaging requirements and external logistics conditions.
Shipping Locations
We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. A small number of remote locations may currently fall outside our logistics partners’ service network. Should your location be affected, our team will contact you promptly to discuss the available delivery options.
Complimentary Shipping
Shipping is complimentary on all artworks delivered within India.
There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout. In the rare event that specialised handling, site access or installation services are required for an exceptionally large or complex artwork, these will be discussed and approved with you separately before dispatch.
Packaging
Each artwork is packed according to its medium, format and framing requirements to minimise movement and protect it throughout transit.
Rolled Artworks
Rolled artworks are carefully layered with protective tissue and fine-art butter paper before being placed inside a sturdy Artuzzii kraft tube. The tube is then securely packed for transit to protect the artwork from moisture, creasing and impact.
Framed Artworks
Framed artworks are prepared and inspected by our framing team before dispatch. Each corner is reinforced with protective cardboard guards, after which the artwork is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap to provide complete surface and edge protection. It is then covered with butter paper and secured inside a durable shipping box appropriate to its dimensions.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you by email or on your registered contact number.
