How long does a commission take?+
Most commissions are completed within 3–6 weeks depending on size and medium. Large institutional projects may take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline at the consultation stage.
Can I request a specific style or artist?+
Absolutely. If you have an artist in mind from our roster, we can work directly with them. Alternatively, share references and we'll match you with the right fit.
What if I'm not happy with the result?+
We include revision rounds at every tier and share progress at key milestones so surprises are rare. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, we'll work with you and the artist to resolve it.
Do you work with international clients?+
Yes. We ship internationally with specialist art handlers. Duties and import taxes are the client's responsibility; we'll provide all necessary documentation.
How is payment structured?+
We take 50% upfront to begin work and the remaining 50% before dispatch. For institutional projects, a phased payment schedule is available.
What mediums are available?+
Oil, acrylic, watercolour, ink, charcoal, mixed media, sculpture (bronze, resin, wood), photography, and textile art. If you have something specific in mind, ask us — our roster is broad.
